We're here to make ordering labels easy for you. Our web site offers a variety or ordering options:

• Our Home Page offers a selection of our major categories of labels: Standard Labels, Blank Labels, Roll Labels, and Custom Labels.
• Simply select the labels you'd like at add them to your order. To check your order at any time, or to check out -- select the Current Order option or shopping cart icon.
• Custom Labels may be generated using our Custom Label Generator -- choose your own words, fonts, font colors, and label color! The more you order the more you save with our quantity discount pricing schedule.

Shipping

Roteck, Inc. accepts orders using our web site. Payment can be made using checks, money orders or credit card.

The majority of our orders will ship within one to two business days depending on inventory and scheduling. If an item is out of stock, Roteck, Inc. will ship when the order is complete to minimize shipping expense. Prices and products within our catalog are subject to change without notice.

All orders will be shipped via USPS, unless UPS shipping is selected. Please note, all Blank Label orders with 100/more sheets require UPS shipping.  We ship to the continental United States, at this time. (We will contact you if your order ships to HI or AK with additional shipping charges that may apply.)  The following chart shows our cost per order size:

Your can upgrade your shipping to UPS shipping during checkout.  Upgrading to UPS adds $2.00 to the amount in the above shipping chart.  Examples:  a $22.00 order costs $5.85 to ship UPS and a $25.00 order cost $2.00 to ship UPS.

We guarantee your satisfaction with our product. For our standard product, you may return any item (except custom labels) in its original condition for a full refund, replacement or credit if you are not happy with your purchase. All items need to be returned within 30 days of date of purchase. For our custom products, you may return any item in its original condition for a replacement or credit only if it does not perform. Due to the true custom nature of this product, we cannot be responsible for colors chosen, phrases chosen, or layout of the label. We can only refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

We do not share or sell any of your information.  This includes your email address and all information used during the checkout process or on your custom labels.
